MultiPack & Flow

The MultiPack & Flow program can be used to document the flow of materials in packaging systems from the feed of the individual articles, one or more packaging stages through to the complete pallet.

Flow of materials in packaging systems
The MultiPack & Flow program can be used to document the flow of materials in packaging systems from the feed of the individual articles, one or more packaging stages through to the complete pallet. The articles can be shown as boxes (with flaps or beaks too), cans and rolls as well as bottles, bags and tubes that can be parameterised in various ways. The articles can be compiled into a random number of packaging levels, whereby trays, boxes, wrap-arounds as well as bundling with sleeves, wrappers and films can be used. The packagings can be empty or with content, open or closed and can also be shown transparently.

The individual elements of the material flow can be linked by function-specific arrows.

Labels with text or graphics can be assigned to individual articles and containers. The individual stages can be shown with dimensions. Letterings can be inserted at any position.

The displays can be printed as a whole or in sections or saved in common graphic formats. The perspective can be changed by rotation, shift and zoom.

Modifications to the individual packaging (shape or size) as well as the arrangement in a packaging level are automatically adopted in the next stages so that the sequence for various articles that are to be processed in the same system can be determined very quickly. Only palletizing has to be re-optimized if the container dimensions are changed.
