Optimisation module 1/2
In order to maximise the productivity of your layer palletiser, two optimisation modules are employed.
After input of both package and pallet dimensions and based on your specifications, the first module calculates the best layer and stacking plans.
Much relevant information and many options from MultiPack are available to you, for example:
- Mirroring or rotation of single layer plans in order to create stable interlocking stacking
- Combination of two different layer plans is possible
- Integration of package labels in the visualisation

Another module, specially developed for your layer palletiser, ensures high performance implementation:
- Calculation of optimal row formation for each layer and stowage plan variant considered
- Consideration of the technical configuration for the product feed (e.g. stopper, conveyor belt, rotation module)
